Nike Drops New Vapor 13

In recognition of Singles’ Day, the world’s largest consumer holiday, Nike has released a special edition Mercurial Vapor 13 in a bold black and orange colorway.
Singles’ Day kicked off in China back in 1993 to celebrate being unattached. The date — 11/11 — is comprised of four singular ones, which is reflected in the naming of the holiday. The phenomenon has exploded since, with an estimated $27 billion of transactions completed through top Chinese sites on this day back in 2017.
This boot is marked on the heel and toebox with swatches acknowledging that the shoes were designed at the Nike World Headquarters in Portland, Oregon.
